In their own words
Somchai Petcharat
Retired civil servant, Nakhon Ratchasima
"I had questions about my Government Pension Fund contributions going back several years. Honestly, I didn't know if there was a problem or not — I just felt uncertain. The Standing Review gave me a clear picture for the first time. I left with a written summary and actually understood it."

Wanida Kaewkla
Former factory worker, Buriram
"My Social Security payments stopped when I left my last job and I couldn't get a straight answer from the office. Chedi Legal handled the paperwork and the submission. It took about six weeks but the matter was sorted. The thing I appreciated most was that they kept me updated without me having to chase."

Prayuth Niyomkul
Business owner, Nakhon Ratchasima
"I had a provident fund dispute running from a company I left three years ago. The amount was significant and I had been ignored for months. Chedi Legal took on the full case. It was complex and took longer than I hoped, but they were transparent about that from the start. We reached a resolution."

Araya Thongchai
Teacher, Surin Province
"I came in for a Standing Review with no strong expectations. Kanchana spent time going through my pension record and found a contribution period that had not been correctly recorded. I had not noticed this at all. The review was worth it just for that."

Charoensak Wiriya
Retired engineer, Korat
"I was hesitant to engage a lawyer because I worried about costs. The fixed pricing made it easier to decide. I knew what I was paying before anything started. My issue handling took about seven weeks and the matter was formally resolved. No hidden charges at the end."

Nittaya Lertkrai
Civil servant, Nakhon Ratchasima
"The thing I remember most is that they never made me feel rushed. I had many questions and they answered all of them. My situation turned out to be less complicated than I feared, which they told me honestly at the start. That kind of straightforwardness is not always common."

Case Study 01 · Pension Standing Review
Contribution gaps identified at retirement stage
The Situation
A retired public sector employee in her mid-sixties approached us wanting to understand her Government Pension Fund position. She had held multiple positions over her career and was uncertain whether all contributions had been correctly recorded.
What We Did
We conducted a Standing Review, working through the fund's records against her employment history. We identified two periods where contributions appeared inconsistently recorded. The findings were summarised clearly in a written document she could use.
The Outcome
The client left with a complete picture of her pension status and a written record of the discrepancies found. She subsequently chose to proceed with Issue Handling to address the gaps — having first understood what was involved.
"I had no idea there were gaps. I thought I would just be told everything was fine or not fine. Instead I got a real explanation."

Case Study 02 · Pension Issue Handling
Delayed Social Security payment following employment change
The Situation
A man in his late forties had changed employer and found that his Social Security Fund payments had ceased without explanation. Months of direct contact with the relevant office had produced no resolution. He came to us unsure whether the problem was administrative or something more serious.
What We Did
After reviewing his records we identified the source as a registration transfer error between employers. We prepared the formal correspondence and supporting documents, submitted them to the regional SSO office, and followed up directly until a response was received.
The Outcome
Payments resumed after approximately six weeks. The administrative record was corrected and he received a written confirmation from the fund. The total process from first contact to resolution was around two months including the initial review period.
"I had tried for months on my own. It was sorted in two months with their help. I wish I had not waited so long."
Timeline: Eight weeks total
